  The staff is nice, and the maintenence team go above and beyond to help. But when the houses were built(late 80s, used to be military housing) they started having problems and falling apart since day one. The insulation is terrible, the walls and floors are paper thin, you will freeze in the winter and you can hear exact words of conversations of your neighbors through the walls. There are no amenities nearby, and something in the house will always be broken or about to break. Just spend a few extra bucks and rent a house further south in Box Elder or Rapid Valley.

  Lived here due to limited availability on EAFB. From the second I pulled in the lot, I have been highly impressed. The property manager met me and my wife outside as we pulled in to give us our key. We were exhausted from our 2 days trip to SD. She told us to come back tomorrow, so we could rest, and we’d go over the lease. The apartment was very clean and very well kept up. The maintenance guys are incredibly nice as well. They took care of everything we needed. The area around the apartments are very safe. The center of rapid city is a very short drive as well. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a home. Pricing for what you get is better than most apartments in the Rapid City area.

  Run down and poorly maintained. Old properties built in the 80's and not upgraded. Black mold, indoor fungus and water leakage are a serious problem.Maintenance is either overwoked or uncaring. Many problems left unfixed.Not properly insulated,many decks rotten and chewed by previous tenants dogs.Some office staff nice, but other are sarcastic and rude.Had I known what I was getting into, I would never have rented there, thank goodness I am out.

  We have been using the mailing services of Americas Mailbox for over a year now. We have been very pleased with the notification system they use and the ease the change delivery sites. The one time there was a mess up it was my fault and we received the mail a little later. Would recommend it for any full timer.
